Booking Policy – FlooringDirect.ie At FlooringDirect.ie, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable service for all our customers. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review our booking policy before confirming your measurement appointment. 1. Appointment Booking All measurement appointments must be booked through our online system or directly with our customer service team. Appointment availability is subject to confirmation, and you will receive an email notification once your booking has been secured. 2. Measurement Fee A standard measurement fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be fully deducted from your final order when you proceed with your purchase. Once you accept your custom quote, a unique discount code will be emailed to you. This code must be applied at checkout to redeem your measurement fee against the total price. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of the measurement fee. In the unlikely event that FlooringDirect.ie must reschedule, you will be offered the next available appointment at no additional cost. 4. Access Requirements Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the property at the agreed time. If access is not possible or the appointment cannot be completed due to circumstances outside our control, the measurement fee may not be refundable. 5. Use of Measurement Data Measurements taken are for the purpose of preparing your custom flooring quote and remain the property of FlooringDirect.ie. They may not be shared, transferred, or used for third-party quotations without prior consent. 6. Acceptance of Policy By booking a measurement appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
