Terms & Conditions
Customer Care
Before placing an order, please ensure that you have read and are satisfied with our terms and conditions.
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible; however, colours may appear different due to variations in browser software, camera settings, monitor/screen configurations and natural differences in real wood products.
To ensure you’re happy with your choice, we recommend ordering a sample before making a purchase.
For natural products like real wood, samples are selected at random and may vary in colour due to the unique characteristics of the material.
Please note that a product listing on our website does not guarantee immediate availability. Occasionally, items may require up to 30 days for restocking. We will make every effort to keep you informed and if the wait time is longer than expected, you have the option to cancel your order without incurring restocking fees, following our standard terms and conditions.
Customers will receive an email notification with expected delivery details.
While we take great care to ensure all website information is accurate, errors may occur. If we need to adjust your order or pricing due to incorrect information, we will notify you promptly. You will have the right to cancel if the change does not meet your expectations.
Customer Responsibilities
-
Ordering Accuracy
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the correct quantities, sizes and dimensions of goods are ordered for their specific project. The company, its employees and agents are not liable for any incorrect measurements or the consequences of purchasing the wrong items. -
Shade Variations
Wood products naturally vary in shade. Customers are responsible for ordering the correct quantity to ensure consistency, as the company cannot guarantee an exact shade match with previous orders or samples. -

Before installation or fixing, customers must carefully examine the goods and ensure they meet their requirements. Once materials are installed, the company will not accept any claims related to defects or dissatisfaction. -
Risk & Insurance
Risk associated with the goods transfers to the customer upon collection or delivery, not at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange appropriate insurance and security for the goods once they take possession. -
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect all goods upon delivery and sign for them accordingly. Claims for damaged materials or shortages will not be accepted after delivery. -
Product Suitability & Safety
Customers and their representatives must ensure that the selected products are suitable for their intended use and that all relevant health and safety factors are considered. For flooring products, the risk of slipping is an inherent characteristic and customers must assess whether the product is appropriate for their specific environment. The company is not responsible for incorrect or unsuitable product selections.

Material Characteristics
Wood is a natural material, meaning each piece is unique in colour, grain, knots and texture. As a result, samples—whether delivered or on display—serve as a general guide only and may not exactly match current stock or the final installed floor.
Variations between batches are normal, and the cutting samples provided may not reflect the actual style, colour and appearance of the product you choose.
Since wood is a living material, it adapts to its environment and may change over time. Exposure to natural sunlight can cause colour variations, which is an expected characteristic of real wood flooring.
Manufacturers reserve the right to modify materials, components, design, or dimensions of products without prior notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper care and maintenance of flooring products in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. Regular upkeep should align with any relevant risk assessments based on the specific on-site conditions.
For further details, please refer to our care and maintenance guides.
